A quick overview of the pre-painted Adult Cloud Dragon from the Pathfinder Battles Mwangi Expanse line, covering size, paint quality, and what makes it a standout display piece.
Quick answer
The Adult Cloud Dragon is a pre-painted Huge miniature from the Pathfinder Battles Mwangi Expanse set, standing over 5 inches tall and ideal for players who want an eye-catching centerpiece without painting.
Why the size matters for tabletop use
At over 5 inches tall, the Adult Cloud Dragon commands attention on any game table. Its Huge scale makes it suitable as a boss encounter or a faction mascot in Pathfinder or other fantasy RPGs. The pre-painted finish means you can use it immediately after unboxing, though the paint job is factory-applied and may not match a custom paint standard.
Frequently asked questions
- Is the Adult Cloud Dragon pre-painted or unpainted?
- It is pre-painted. The factory applies the paint, so you can use it right out of the box. No assembly or painting is required.
- What scale is this miniature?
- It is classified as Huge and stands over 5 inches tall. This makes it significantly larger than standard 28-32mm miniatures, so plan your storage and table space accordingly. Measure your shelf or storage box to confirm the dragon fits before purchase.
- Can I repaint the figure if I want a custom look?
- Yes, you can repaint it. The plastic is standard miniature material, but the existing factory paint may require a primer coat for the new paint to adhere well. The original paint will affect the surface texture.
- Does the set include a base or terrain piece?
- The product description does not list a separate base or scenic terrain. The miniature itself is the main item. Check the packaging for any included display stand.
