The push-your-luck element makes every race feel tense — you never know if you should keep going or play it safe. Making the lazer paths from the pre-formed pieces keeps setup quick, and the area denial means you're always scheming against the other players. My group has played it four times in two
Building the tracks out of the punchboard pieces every round is half the fun, and it never plays the same way twice. The push-your-luck moments get tense when someone cuts off your lazer path. Played it three times in one night with four players and nobody wanted to stop.
The punchboard lazer pieces are sturdier than I expected, and building your own track every round keeps things fresh. We played with four players and the area denial got delightfully vicious by the end.
