The rolling and pouncing mechanic had my whole table yelling at each other in the best way, and falling off the skyscraper never felt like a cheap loss. We played four rounds back to back and nobody wanted to stop.

I grabbed this for a weekend trip and the rolling-and-pouncing race up the skyscraper had us laughing way harder than expected. The falling mechanic keeps it tense without being punishing, so nobody got frustrated. Genuinely one of the better base games I've picked up lately.

The rolling and pouncing mechanic makes every climb feel like a chaotic relay race, especially when someone falls three floors and has to start over. Taught my cousin in about five minutes and we were still yelling at the top of the skyscraper an hour later.
