The expansion adds a whole ICU wing that changes how you triage — suddenly those stable patients aren't so safe to ignore. My group lost twice before we figured out the new resource timing, and honestly that's the fun part.
The new critical care cards finally make losing a patient feel like my fault instead of bad luck, which is exactly what I wanted from this expansion. Triage rules add real tension without slowing the game down.
Adding the ICU wing turned our easy nights into chaos in the best way. The critical patients need constant attention and one wrong call tanks your reputation, which keeps everyone at the table tense until the last round.
