COLT EXPRESS: HORSES & STAGECOACH EXPANSION - Here's the first expansion for Colt Express: Horses & Stagecoach. The outlaws are back in better shape than ever with new targets in sight. Indeed, the silhouette of a stagecoach looms near the train, promising new riches to seize.
Robbing the stagecoach mid-ride is such a fun twist, and the horses finally give you a reason to care who's riding up front. My group's been playing the base game for a year and this shook up our usual strategies right away.
The stagecoach adds a whole new layer of chaos to the robberies, and my group loved having an extra target to fight over. Setup barely takes any longer than the base game, which matters when we're squeezing in a round after dinner.
Didn't expect horses to change the game this much, but robbing from horseback while the marshal chases you is chaos in the best way. The new bandit cards fit right into the base game without slowing anything down.
