Oh no, the mine is collapsing!
Hurry, get in the wagon and head towards the exit!
Infernal Wagon is an intensely fun cooperative game in which players must work together to create a path to the exit… before time runs out! But be careful: each card played has a high chance of triggering devastating effects!B
My friends and I failed the first three runs because nobody wanted to give up the last track piece, and that's exactly what makes it so good. The cooperative path-building gets genuinely tense once the timer kicks in.
The panic when the mine starts collapsing is real, and yelling at each other to grab the right tile before the wagon hits a dead end is the best kind of chaos. For a small base game it's surprisingly tense, and we've played it four nights straight.
My friends and I lost track of time playing this — the cooperative path-building is way more tense than I expected for a base game. Every round someone panics and we all start yelling about which tile to play next.
