Zoom into addition and multiplication basics with this fast-paced card game kids and adults will all enjoy! Flip over cards and add the point values on the cards - draw as many cards each turn as you dare, but beware! Surprise ZOOM!™ and BOOM! cards will speed you up, slow you down, or send you in reverse.
My 7-year-old asks to play this almost every night, which never happens with math stuff. The push-your-luck part where you decide when to stop drawing keeps it tense even for me.
The draw-as-many-cards-as-you-dare twist makes this way more exciting than plain flash cards, and my 8-year-old is getting faster at adding without even noticing. We've played it three nights in a row after dinner.
My kids actually ask to play this, which never happens with math practice. Flipping cards and adding up the point values keeps rounds quick, and even my 5-year-old can join in on the easier turns.
