My group of four played this three nights in a row, and the round-by-round pressure of keeping Kenny smooth never gets old. Losing a round because someone panicked and played the wrong card is genuinely funny. It's a light co-op that still makes you talk to each other.
The cooperative mechanic actually made my group talk to each other instead of staring at our phones, which never happens. Managing Kenny's smoothness through a hectic day is way more stressful than it sounds, in a good way. We lost our first round by one groove point and immediately set it up again.
Bought this for game night and we ended up playing four rounds straight. The cooperative mechanic where everyone scrambles to keep Kenny in the groove gets genuinely tense near the end of a hectic day. My only issue is I now hum smooth jazz at work.
